1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Subvisory ("the Service"), operated at https://www.subvisory.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Subvisory is a subscription tracking application that allows you to manually record and manage your recurring payments, billing cycles, free trials, and related information. The Service does not connect to bank accounts or financial institutions.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Plans and Billing
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Polar.sh. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge for assistance.
- Downgrading your plan may result in loss of access to features or data associated with the higher plan.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the API in a manner that exceeds reasonable rate limits or abuses the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all subscription data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.
7. Team Workspaces
Business plan users may create shared workspaces. Workspace owners are responsible for managing member access and ensuring their team's compliance with these Terms. Data shared within a workspace is visible to all workspace members based on their assigned role.
8. API Access
Pro and Business plan users may access the Service via our REST API. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API access if usage patterns indicate abuse or violate these Terms.
9. Availability and Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We strive for high availability but do not offer a formal uptime SLA.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subvisory and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings page.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
